Shanghai YJMED Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (YJMED) is a national
high-tech enterprise headquartered in Jiading District,
Shanghai, operating over 6,500 square meters of R&D
laboratories and GMP production facilities. Since its founding
in 2021, YJMED has been dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing
of gene sequencing systems and upstream molecular diagnostic

sequencer Yjseq300 and the Libcap automated library

Co., Ltd., YJMED benefits from a broader precision medicine
ecosystem. The Group's subsidiaries — including Shanghai Yijian
Medical Laboratory Co., Ltd. and Ruijian (Shanghai) Software
Technology Co., Ltd. — specialize in precision medical services
and digital laboratory management, enabling YJMED to deliver
integrated solutions that span from instrumentation to downstream
data and service applications.
Ruijian Software：the Group's digital infrastructure
arm, provides the LIMS system and "Yijian Cloud" service platform.
The LIMS system supports fully customized deployment for
traditional laboratories and medical testing institutions,
generating 10,000 test reports within 26 seconds. "Yijian Cloud"
further extends this capability into a unified information network
connecting operational, clinical, and end-user layers —
reinforcing the Group's position in the precision medicine
industry.
